  1. Not a recipe a construction of highly processed items. I'm calling this food it's a toxic waste dump. Look at all the ingredients on the packets. If they aren't items that would normally be in our food pantry and sound more something from a chemistry lesson then you shouldn't be eating it and definitely not giving it to your kids to eat either.

  2. I love how this is all Ultra Processed Foods, with the acceptable exception of the chocolate chips, which can pass, since they can't be made from scratch. Everything else is a trigger for inflammation.
