Ingredients: (Roast beef)
– Chuck roast (I used 1/2 lb)
– Salt
– Black pepper powder
– Garam masala powder
– 1/4 cup beef broth
– 1 small onion
– 2 dry bay leaves
– 1 tbsp minced ginger-garlic
– Fresh cilantro

Ingredients: (Pastries)
– 6-8 puff pastry squares
– Italian cheese mix
– Everything bagel sassing
– Egg (for egg wash)

Recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 360°F.
2. Generously season both sides of the chuck roast with salt, black pepper powder, and garam masala powder.
3. Cover the roast and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
4. Remove the roast from the oven and add beef broth, onion, dry bay leaves, and minced ginger-garlic to the pan.
5. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 40-45 minutes.
6. Shred the beef and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
7. Thaw the puff pastry squares according to the instructions.
8. Place the shredded beef in the center of each pastry square.
9. Top with shredded cheese.
10. Fold the pastry over the beef and gently press the edges to seal.
11. Use a fork to seal the ends of the pastries.
12. Arrange the pastries on a baking tray.
13. Brush the pastries with egg wash.
14. Sprinkle everything bagel on top.
15. Bake the pastries at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
16. Enjoy your delicious roast beef and pastries!
