🔥🍒 Smoked Cherry Bourbon Glazed Ham | Bear Mountain BBQ Maple Bourbon Pecan Pellets 🔥

A smoky, bourbon-kissed spiral ham that’s sticky, sweet, and packed with flavor. This cherry-bourbon glaze melts into every slice, creating the perfect centerpiece for any holiday table — crafted by Bear Mountain BBQ ambassador Joe DiApice.

Cook Time: 4½ hours

Ingredients:
• Bear Mountain BBQ Maple Bourbon Pecan Pellets
• 1 spiral-cut smoked ham
• mustard (as a binder)
• BBQ seasoning
Glaze:
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 jar cherry preserves
• ½ cup bourbon

Steps:
Preheat your smoker to 300°F.

Coat the ham lightly with mustard and season all sides — including between the slices — with your favorite BBQ rub.

Place the ham in the smoker and cook for 4 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F.

In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, cherry preserves, and bourbon. Heat until fully melted and smooth.

Pour the glaze over the smoked ham, then return it to the smoker for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
