Kaitlin shows how to make Easy Mongolian Beef using ground beef instead of flank steak! This recipe has all the delicious flavor and heartiness of Bill’s classic Mongolian Beef recipe, but it’s made with ground beef instead of flank steak. You have a good video presence! I took out some ground beef out of the freezer earlier today so this is good karma. I’m def gonna make this. Is there a complete recipe in text form that I can access? Thanks so much.
I'm going to have to save this in my in my area where my videos are. This is actually something I can make. Thanks for keeping it simple for some of us who aren't like Julia Child.
I like making this & rolling in lettuce or putting in bao🎉
I love you and your videos but the lady that interrupts in the background drives me nuts
I have enjoyed your recipes for a few years now. They are delicious! To make Chinese food that tastes better than take out is awesome.
HELLO🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 You have a written recipe for Chinese pan fried fish (Chinese new year edition)on your website but not a video format. Could I request a video version please? Thanksss
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for this recipe!
if I use ground pork, do I need to up the seasoning?
Looks very tasty 😋😋💯👏👍😎
Don’t forget the orange noodles, garlic, mushrooms , celery, onion, cabbage too!
Put it in a toasted hamburger bun! Mongolian sloppy Joe? 😁
I feel like the white part of the green onion can be cooked longer too. The green part gets bitter when cooked too long.
I made this last night, IT WAS GREAT !!! Will definitely make again ! P.S love your cookbook!!
I'm more Mongolian than this recipe.
Def going to try this for lettuce wraps too!
Great video, very approachable using standard pantry ingredients (I count ground beef as a standard freezer item too). Love the idea with coating ground beef nuggets; usually im trying to break up the chunks for many recipes, leaning into them being chunks is a fresh take for me.
I never like commentary from the shadows.
Honestly and no shade thrown lol but this version and the dads version seem to be about the same effort…the only benefit i see is as katelyn says your more likely to have ground beef in the house…
But yea both seem the exact same effort bar the type of beef used…and yes i went back to the dads version to see the original way lol both look good.
I laughed out loud when you said ,"It's so hard to not touch it"! I have the same problem!
I'm subscribed now because I found this
I am new to the channel. I have no idea what they are talling about. I love your voice, decent production value, good camerawork and easy to follow recipes. Those are my first impressions.
Easy Mongolian Beef?? The three magic words! Instant "subscribe" to this channel 🙂
You guys are cute and funny. This looks really good and easy.
The ginger bit😃
If it's so good, have someone else eat it. On video! Do it! 😉😆 Now! 🤣
This looks so darn good. I’m going to try it. ❤
We cut off the end of the garlic because we love the people who will eat our cooking.
I just had to subscribe!
This looks AMAZING!! is there any other type of peppers that can be used? Can I use all dark soy sauce? I can’t wait to create this!
Thank you for sharing this! Your attitude and demeanor were so friendly and helped me believe that I could create something this drool-worthy 🙂 New subbie here.
Huge fan of this. I also stopped cutting off the ends of garlic and I don't peel my ginger anymore either.
I might try the meat trick with bulgogi, it's a clever solution!
New sub. This is my first video ever featuring your charming self. Oh, I’m all in. You’re fantastic! This will be dinner tonight. I can’t wait to watch additional videos and make more of your easy meals! Thank you!
Are those hot peppers arbols? If not, CAN arbols be used as a substitute?
"I'm going to add" NOT "we're gonna do". Where did you go to school?
Forgot oyster sauce.
If your not going to put your heart into cooking then don't do it. So many lazy people want short cuts, because they dont want to put the work in, and I see and hear it in this here in the video, your complaining about not wanting to cut veggies. This generation is lazy. I rather watch an older person cook and put their heart into it. Kids today just are spoiled rotten.
I like you and your easy do-able recipes. Will be trying this out very soon. Thanks for showing us and I will be checking out your channel for more easy recipes. Thank you.
Great video, really enjoyed it and will try this very soon. Thank you for the idea
Hamburger is fantastic!❤🎉 add rice,and whatever sauce,and BOOM–DELICIOUS😊😊
Made this tonight and there will be no leftovers for tomorrow. Everyone loved it! Thank you for a quick and easy dinner.
Ummm, when did you add the garlic ? Did I miss it?
strangely enough, there never were chile peppers in mongolia( or anywhere in asia) until european explorers discovered the americas and began to trade the plant around the world.
same situation with the tomato, potato, corn, and many bean varieties.
Nicely done, it looks decadent!
Excellent Mongolian Beef Recipe

I have celiac disease. Do you have a reccomended brand of gluten free dark soy sauce?
