RECIPE:
makes 6 x 160ml (5.5 oz) cups

100g chocolate biscuits
20g melted unsalted butter
100g (5 medium size) strawberries
100g (1/2 cup) soft cheese (cream cheese)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
