Ingredients:
• 4–5 tomatoes
• 1 small red bell pepper
• 1 onion
• 4–5 garlic cloves
• Fresh basil leaves
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
Italian Seasoning:
• Oregano
• Thyme
• Rosemary
• Basil (dried)
• Red chilli flakes
• Optional: a pinch of smoked paprika
Cheese Bread:
• 1 slice sourdough bread
