Cheese is processed so not a good choice Kabitaji- instead you can use cream cheese or peanut butter or almond butter to spread on bread even a bit of mayo or butter is fine for kids as they will burn it off- but processed cheese is not good in long run – it contains mostly salt n preservatives not real cheese ! Try blocking mozarella cheese grated or chopped into pieces and it will melt by itself by the time the reach school
