  1. I’m a 34 year old dude and I want to start baking my own bread! Im getting more serious about what I eat and what is in my food. I’m not sure I trust store bought bread anymore. Also I think this would be cool to brag that I can successfully bake my own bread lol. Thank you!

  2. I’m a new 21 year old mom having my first thanksgiving with my husband and baby in our apartment and I really wanted to make some homemade bread, but forgot my grandmas recipe. Thank you so much for this, I’m so excited to make it for our first Thanksgiving on our own!!

  3. I have been watching many videos in my journey to start making bread. I finally got up the courage to try! I followed your recipe two times in the last three days. The family loves it!!! Thank you for this video! It made it so doable and so non intimidating. Thank you!!

  4. Even as someone who sees themselves as an amateur baker and pretty much knew all the tips in this video I appreciate that you are sharing these tips with the world! In the UK though I think we'd call this dough enriched with the addition of oil, sugar and an egg, whenever I've made bread it's purely been flour, water, yeast and salt! Will definitely be making it this way for a change next time though!

  5. I love how the recipe works for sliced bread, hamburger buns, hotdog buns, and dinner rolls. Same recipe, different shapes. I made hotdog buns for the first time and they came out wonderful (about 50 grams made the perfect size)

  6. I had to come send this because of your recipe and instructional tutorial. Let me explain a small back story. I'm a 61 y/o man, In 2019 my wife got ill and I became a 24/7/365 caretaker. I had always cooked but mostly on a grill, so I had to learn a lot. I became, the housekeeper, the dishwasher, the laundry service, the head cook and the baker. I sucked at the baking, the only thing I made was boat anchors.I have tried a ton of other recipes and all of them failed, I'm pretty sure a loaf of my bread actually sank the Titanic, a server dropped it and that was that. I have put white bread in and had a roll of cement come out, I've made two loaves of bread that weighed more after than before I added ingredients for, I SUCKED at making bread! Then came you. 20:12 of you and now my wife is happy, my family is happy and I get requests to make another loaf. Your recipe gives me 20 minutes of work and then an hour to do other thing, then another 15 minutes and another 45-60 minutes. I love this recipe and this tutorial! Thanks You for listening to me babble and this recipe.

  7. Thank you so much for this recipe. I'm a 65 yo retired male and this was the first thing that I've ever baked. I've always enjoyed homemade bread, now I'm not at the mercy of someone else making it for me. Got to admit, I surprised myself with how it turned out. Guaranteed, if I can do it, following your tutelage, any one can. Thank you again.

  8. HELP! I CAN'T FIND NON GMO TYPE FLOUR. Is Red the ,ind to use for a nutty flavored end result? I'm just beginning. I'm also in 70's have No Clue until stumbled upon this demo, hip, hip, hooray?

  9. This is a great video! I’m super excited to try it out, but I realized that the yeast I bought is the fast-acting instant yeast. Do you have separate instructions or a video on how to make this recipe but using the fast-acting yeast?
