Tender, slow-smoked brisket piled onto warm tortillas and finished with fresh toppings. Smoky, savory, juicy, and ridiculously good. Perfect for leftovers or a full low-and-slow cook. Crowd-pleaser every time.

Ingredients• 2.5 lb brisket (point or flat)• 1 tbsp coarse salt & pepper• 1 tbsp taco seasoning• 1 cup beef stock• 2 white onions (1 diced, 1 quartered)• Lime wedges• Cotija cheese• Chopped cilantro

Directions1. Season brisket on all sides and rest 30 minutes2. Cook at 225°F until internal hits 165–170°F3. Transfer to a tray, add beef stock + quartered onion, cover tightly4. Increase heat to 300°F and braise until 205–208°F and pull-apart tender5. Rest 45 minutes, then shred6. Load onto toasted tortillas and top with lime, cotija, cilantro, and onion
