SMORES RICE CAKES
Ingredients:
4 lightly salted @Q@Quakerrice cakes
1 tub whipped topping
@jet@jetpuffedshmallow crème
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
mini marshmallow bits (optional)
Instructions:
Mix whipped topping and a heaped scoop of marshmallow crème in a medium bowl. Spread over top of rice cakes on a parchment-lined surface, then drizzle with melted chocolate chips. Top with marshmallow bits and allow to set in the freezer until chocolate is firm (about 15-20 minutes). Break one open and enjoy! Enjoy! 😋
