She doesn’t say to turn down heat after cooking the orzo. Even though I successfully tempered the eggs, they still scrambled after I added them after the orzo.

Temperature instructions needs to be clarified. 1 bring to boil, lower heat to super low simmer… I just made Chinese egg drop soup.
