Ingredients List
Serves 3-4
For The Chicken
600g chicken mini fillets or chicken of choice
2 tsp cracked black peppercorns
1.5 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp chopped ginger,
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp salt
1 whole egg

✅ For the sticky sauce
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 thinly sliced mild green chilli
1/2 diced red pepper
1/2 diced green pepper.
1 tsp cracked black peppercorns
2 tbsp red chilli paste. Any will do.
I used Mr Vicki’s chilli jam.
4 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
