    Sauce
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon tuna fish sauce
    1 tablespoon plum extract
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons cooking wine
    3 tablespoons Korean chili powder (gochugaru)
    A bit of black pepper
