1kg pork back ribs
½ head of aged kimchi
½ onion
1 stalk of green onion
2 spicy green chilies (Cheongyang chili)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon tuna fish sauce
1 tablespoon plum extract
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cooking wine
3 tablespoons Korean chili powder (gochugaru)
A bit of black pepper
