  1. Pork is my favorite meat, so I relished every recipe and am going to stock my freezer with these perfect little protein gems so I can savor every one of the delicious ways you've shown us how to serve them. All I can say is, YUM! Thanks, amica…I absolutely LOVE your videos! 🥰🥰🥰

  2. I always love watching your videos, Nicole. I have a pork loin frozen and I'm going to thaw it out tonight so I can make those pork cutlets. They look amazing! Been years since I've had one. I usually make stir fried pork but never with a tenderloin. I just buy pre-cut pork cubes. Definitely need to change that!

  3. Loving the looks of this one to try. I find when I use fresh (?) garlic I get no taste. There's a saying in my house, "there's never too much garlic". If a recipe calls for 3 cloves I always double it. That's often not enough. What to do?

  4. Love this video! Pork tenderloin really is such an underrated weeknight protein—affordable, versatile, and you showed so many smart ways to use it without overcomplicating dinner. One small idea that could help even more: maybe add quick side suggestions for each dish (like veggies or grains) so busy cooks can build a full meal even faster. Great content as always—wishing the channel continued growth, and wishing everyone watching a delicious, stress-free evening and more helpful ideas here on YouTube!

  5. Does used to got on sale for $0.99 a pound I used to buy a 5-pounder at least and you can slice it into boneless pork chops whatever you want now it's $1.49 it's still a steel I'm going to corned pork like you do corned beef. I bought two of them 2 weeks ago and paid 9 bucks for both.
