You're making City Chicken. Started in Cleveland, Ohio. in the early 1900's. 😂 this is too funny.
Pork is my favorite meat, so I relished every recipe and am going to stock my freezer with these perfect little protein gems so I can savor every one of the delicious ways you've shown us how to serve them. All I can say is, YUM! Thanks, amica…I absolutely LOVE your videos! 🥰🥰🥰
Grew up eat that in Pittsburgh. We called it City chicken.
Can you do beef stew meat next? I never know what to make with it beside…beef stew!
Very nice
Nicole you hit it outta the ball park once again. I love pork tenderloin so I’ll definitely be making these. Thanks so much!!
❤️💜💚
I always love watching your videos, Nicole. I have a pork loin frozen and I'm going to thaw it out tonight so I can make those pork cutlets. They look amazing! Been years since I've had one. I usually make stir fried pork but never with a tenderloin. I just buy pre-cut pork cubes. Definitely need to change that!
Thanks! I’ve got recipe. Whiskey, soy sauce and brown sugar. There’s a white sauce goes with. If I remember. I’ll let you know. But can’t wait to try these.
You just keep the good stuff rolling out and I'm super busy trying all of it!
These ALLLLL look amazing -can’t wait to pick up some pork tenderloins!!
I want to hire you to meal prep for me, you don’t live in my area 17:13
That’s not 30 min, an hour plus , if you’re not on tv
All winners —which one to try first?
My dad was a butcher and showed me how to stretch pork tenderloin by making pork cutlets. I remember when I could get a 2pack for $4.00
Just bought a tenderloin at Sam's Club for less than $2.00 a lb.
Husband does like lemon at all.
Sweet and sour pork is common in Chinese restaurants in Hawaii.
I need a chicken cutlet recipe FROM YOU ❤ PLEASEEEEE
I don't have an air fryer. Can I cook the pork in the oven? If so what temperature & how long?
I love pork. My daughter doesnt like it. I think the looks of it in the tenderloin. I need to not let her see it. Its on sale B1G1 all the time. Oooo maybe I need to not buy marinated.
Loving the looks of this one to try. I find when I use fresh (?) garlic I get no taste. There's a saying in my house, "there's never too much garlic". If a recipe calls for 3 cloves I always double it. That's often not enough. What to do?
Yay! I asked for this in the poll. 🎉 It's a reliably inexpensive protein, but we are tired of my usual ways of fixing it. So happy to have more options!
Love your channel Thank you sooooo much Cheers from Québec Canada 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Molto bene Nicole , grazie tanto , the cutlet no flour pro move , will try and serve with rice and a gravy tonkatsu , on the money indeed
Love this video! Pork tenderloin really is such an underrated weeknight protein—affordable, versatile, and you showed so many smart ways to use it without overcomplicating dinner. One small idea that could help even more: maybe add quick side suggestions for each dish (like veggies or grains) so busy cooks can build a full meal even faster. Great content as always—wishing the channel continued growth, and wishing everyone watching a delicious, stress-free evening and more helpful ideas here on YouTube!
Love pork tenderloin, especially in the air fryer. Will be giving these recipes a try for sure 👍
Does used to got on sale for $0.99 a pound I used to buy a 5-pounder at least and you can slice it into boneless pork chops whatever you want now it's $1.49 it's still a steel I'm going to corned pork like you do corned beef. I bought two of them 2 weeks ago and paid 9 bucks for both.
OMG, I just realized she has 2 complete stoves 😮
I love your recipes and I’m definitely going to try the flattened tenderloin cutlets asap.
Tenderloin sandwiches are a Indiana staple.
❤❤❤Great recipes.
My favorite S&S when I lived in Florida was sweet & sour shrimp. It is so delicious. Unfortunately, I can’t get fresh enough shrimp where I live now and frozen just doesn’t cut it.
I’m sure your s good cook. But I hate garlic!
Love watching her and her cooking. What i would like to know, why she doesn't gain weight from all the tasting of each of her recipes.
Can you recommend a simple dip for the pork cutlets – I love the polenta, but I need to make this kid-friendly for a 10-year-old.
❤❤❤
