  1. I was a boot victim as a child. Mom was more of a hamburger helper chef and dad only cooked stuff he caught or shot. We don’t shoot pigs up north and I’m sitting on 50+ pounds of venison but I’ll grab a pack and give it a shot. Thanks Bob

  2. Thanks, I was always cooking my meat at a high temperature trying to sear it, setting off smoke alarms, smoking up the whole camper etc. Never again, I'll just take my time from now on.

    After you preheat the pan on medium heat and put your oil in, what do you lower the temperature to? Medium low or low?

    By the way if you score the fat on the pork chop, It supposedly stops it from curling up.
