    Ingredients:
    1 cup of sweet cream butter
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1tsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 quart half and half
    1/2 quart of heavy cream

    Method:
    In a heavy bottom pan over low heat melt butter then mix in sugar stir until dissolved add flour and cook until the strong flour flavor is gone add in vanilla and salt then turn off the heat add 1/2 quart of half and half and 1/2 quart of heavy cream stir until dissolved and let the mixture sit on low heat stir occasionally until flavors are infused cool the recipe to room temperature in your fridge and church and let the churned ice cream set in the freezer for at least 1 hour enjoy with sprinkles optional: mix 1/3 cup of sprinkles in while churning
