Pork Steak Ideas
• Pork Steak
• 1/4 cups onions
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 can cream of chicken
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2 tbs heavy cream
• 1 cup beef broth
Season Pork Steaks with Pepper, Lawry’s, Cavender’s, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Sear Pork steak in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan. Sauté onions. Add garlic. Add cream of chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, beef broth. Stir. Simmer. Season with pepper and crushed peppers. Add pork steak back. Bake on 375° for 50 minutes
