In today’s episode of Lots and Rare Recipes, we are sharing a special and flavorful Chicken Kismis Korma recipe. This dish combines tender chicken with the sweetness of raisins, creamy milk, and aromatic spices to create a rich and delicious curry.
The chicken is marinated, lightly fried, and then cooked slowly until the oil separates and the gravy becomes thick and flavorful. Finally, raisin paste, milk, and a hint of tamarind are added to give the dish its unique taste.
Serve this delicious Chicken Raisin Korma with paratha, roti, naan, luchi, or pulao for a perfect meal.

Ingredients :

500 g chicken

1 medium onion

1–1.5 inch ginger (chopped)

4 large cloves of garlic

1 inch cinnamon stick

4 green cardamoms

4–5 cloves

A small piece of nutmeg

Half a mace flower (mace)

4 green chilies

1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds

1 teaspoon whole coriander seeds

½ teaspoon powdered shahi jeera (caraway seeds)

1.5 teaspoons red chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

200 g sour yogurt (curd)

White oil (refined oil)

Ghee

Salt to taste

1 cup milk

3 tablespoons raisin paste

Sugar

2 tablespoons tamarind pulp

1 handful raisins

  1. একটা খুব সুন্দর রান্না দেখলাম।উপকরণ ও বেশি না। ঠিক করে রান্না করতে পারলে,দারুণ হবে খেতে। আরো এই ধরনের মুরগির রেসিপি দিলে ভালো লাগবে।
