  1. I don’t normally have yogurt or buttermilk in my fridge, so I might as well just go to the store and buy buttermilk then.

    As much milk and cheese as there is in my diet, I don’t need the yogurt. I was hoping she would have another alternative to add to it, something that I might have in my pantry.

  2. I always have plain lifeway kefir on hand for smoothies and it also works as a buttermilk sub and it’s in basically every store. It lasts so long in the fridge too. Thanks for the Greek yogurt hack.
