Too chewy
Why so many negative people? You don't have to make it!
What ever happened to – if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all?
52 years in all 5 NE states and have never seen this on a menu once…. NE can be hyper regional and this may be somewhere but it sure isnt all over
Lowery's Seasoning Salt and Garlic Powder is referred "The Dappert Family Seasoning" in my house growing up. 😋
Anyone using Lawry's is the truth. This looks delicious.
Adding in giardiniera papers to the veggies would add some heat and flavor
Whenever I make subs hot or cold I wrap them in parchment paper – it helps keep the sub together and meld the ingredients a bit too

Those who are complaining. Get a life. Like Marco Pierre White said: Its your choice. Make the recipe, dont make the recipe. Its your choice.
No acid? Seems like savory overload.
No mayo on mine please, just salt and pepper. And Provolone
I grew up in a mostly Italian town in Mass-Hole and never heard of a this sandwich.
These look delicious, but in your intro you left out Maryland Pit Beef, which definitely deserves to be included in that list.
I
I can't believe Jitto's gets a shout out.
Looks alright, might swap it out for a fluffier bread though
You know the food is gonna be awesome when you can smell the onions in the video!!!!!🤤🤤🤤
Wegovies working, they barely bit those sandwiches!
It would be easy to make a better version, but this is probably accurate to how it's done at the source.
Kudos on the dance 👏. Nothing expresses flavour elation better than a happy jiggy ✌️😄
Delicious and simple. I’ll only substitute the peppers for roasted ones.
Add some hot sauce…
Sorry, I didn't like this one, and the primary reason is that nobody took a REAL bite. C'mon now. If you're eating a steak sandwich, you take a real bite. Secondarily, there's also no browning of the cheese…at all. Love ATK, but you I want to see more "real". This has a "plastic, network tv" vibe (IMO). If nobody else thinks so, keep on doing what you're doing.
I'm sure it tastes pretty good. I put Lawry's on pretty much all the meat I cook and it's great on fries. But I was hoping for some hack to make cheaper cuts "ultra-tender" rather than just pan frying some sirloin. Beef is barely on the menu anymore with today's prices.
