  1. In the UK it would be safe to do this

    In 2017, the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) officially updated its health guidance to state that raw, soft-boiled, or runny eggs are safe to eat—even for vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, young children, and the elderly—as long as they carry the British Lion mark.
