Sweet a hippo making a starch dish. After a million of these we need one more.
Why not mix the salt with the broth instead of having to stir the pan after adding it separately?

I’m old ; cooked a lot; but why do have to cook leeks first? Because, otherwise would not flavour the potato? If both were raw at start?
