RECIPE
1. Take one bowl soya chunks and soak in hot water till it becomes soft.
2. Squeeze the water from soya chunks and marinate for half hour using 2 tbsp cornflour ,2 tbsp rice flour ,1/2 tbsp salt ,1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tbsp , 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp chaat masala along with 1 tbsp black pepper powder
3. Fry in hot oil till it becomes crunchy.
4. Add peri peri masala and enjoy.😉
