  1. Perhaps a cultural question, but why do Americans call a 'dressing' which is use to dress meats, 'stuffing' even though it was never stuffed into anything? If stuffed inside the bird, I understand; if never 'stuffed' such as in this video, why not call it dressing?

  2. Roasting just the turkey breast instead of the whole bird makes so much sense for a smaller table, and a green bean casserole with fresh beans and a homemade mushroom sauce sounds miles better than the canned version. Saving this one for menu planning.

  3. This is a gorgeous recipe for turkey breast, Julia. And I'm missing the celery in the stuffing. There is something about the smell and taste of course, of onions and celery with all those wonderful savory herbs cooking on Thanksgiving that I would miss…but thank you again for all of these wonderful recipes as always.❤

  4. Green Bean casserole – two cans French style green beans, two cans cream of mushroom soup, one can french fried onion rings – mix all together in 9×13, bake for an hour. One dish, no cutting, no chopping, 3 minutes prep, and DONE 😋😋
