Best advice for culinary students is buy a nice knife sharpener and learn to keep your knives sharpe.
The poaching of the salmon reminds of a recent Reddit post where the girlfriend called her boyfriend stupid for boiling salmon, and she actually asked if she was the asshole for calling him stupid. Clearly there’s more than one way to make salmon 😂😂
