  1. I would recommend getting a bag of powdered milk before leaving the port! The boxed milks tend to have a strange flavor but doing 1/2 to 3/4 the recommended amount of milk powder to water gives you a creamy milk that can even be whipped into a lovely creme for lattes 🙂

  2. Day 82 – Chef on a yacht
    Made eggs and toast for breakfast. People complained, sparking my murder migraine.

    Fed everyone pufferfish poison mango cocktails during their free swim in shallows.
    Left the bodies there.

    Set course for Costa Rica, hogtied captain to the wheel, watered my basil, and prepped myself some ahi-ahi with red cabbage.

    Captain gets dog food until he agrees to comply with my orders.
    For motivation,
    Tira misu is within his eyesight in all directions.

  3. Question- "Is Cafe Bustelo, espresso coffee preferred by you & the guests?". I discovered it, was truly enjoying it, then saw you like it when you purchased it for the yacht. I just love your videos! I missed seeing them for awhile which leads me to ask- are you hired/contracted to work for different boats & captains? Are they stints of a matter of time in in weeks or months? Your meals are beautiful- they give me ideas for copycatting as you just have the knack for putting them together. Keep up the wonderful videos highlighting your life & the meals you prepare!

  4. For someone who doesn’t eat mammals, everything else looked so good, I might’ve even tried those ribs. How about a meatless cooking class? I do love gifts from our bovine friends, such as milk, cheese, and butter. Everything’s better with butter.
