This video made it super easy at around 2-hours in the oven. My 10-pound crown for $85 was a no brainer. Hog heaven.

This lady's nuts! 1 your not going to serve the roast cold so how the heck do you flip a juicy hot crown roast? which brings me to 2… why bother paying for expensive Crown if it's not for presentation? she shoukd have just bought pork chops!
