Hi Neighbours, hope you are having a great weekend! Today I made a three cheese pasta bake. It’s really creamy and delicious. Below is the recipe if you like to try it. Hope you like the video and do forget to leave comment so I can say hi. Sharing out my video is very helpful to because it could help me grow. Have a wonderful day everyone

4 cups uncooked rotini pasta (looks like a spiral)
1 can (284 mls or 10 oz) Condensed Cream of chicken or Mushroom Soup or Cheddar Cheese Soup or 25% Less Sodium Cream of Soup
1 can of evaporated milk (plus save enough of your pasta water to top this up to 2 cups )
1 egg any size egg is fine
4 cups shredded two-cheese I used mozzarella and Gouda. Use whatever you like even just one kind and cheddar is always good
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2tsp oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup of softened butter

Cook and (reserve 1/2-3/4 cup of pasta water so you can top up your evaporated milk) then drain the rotini according to the package directions. While the rotini is cooking, heat the oven to 350°F.

Stir the soup, milk that has been topped up with pasta water, Parmesan cheese ,spices and 1 egg and whisk all together . In a buttered casserole dish put your cooked pasta pour over your liquid mixture over your pasta, add your cheese and mix. Cover and cook for 25 minutes covered. Remove aver 25 minutes mix in 1/4 cup of softened butter then cover and return to oven for another 10 -15 minutes until hot and bubbly. . Season with salt and pepper.
Oh and If you want you can bake this at higher temp like 375 or even 400

You just want it hot and bubbly maybe your oven will cook faster 🤷‍♀️

Enjoy
