Vietnamese grilled pork chop with broken rice – Com tam suon nuong | Helen's Recipes
Ingredients (2 servings)
1½ cup rice
2 eggs
Cucumber & tomato slices
2 pork chops
1 tbsp minced lemongrass
1 tbsp minced garlic (~3 cloves)
1 chopped spring onion
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce (Maggi’s recommended)
½ tbsp dark soya sauce (optional)
1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
**NOTE: The method shown in this video is NOT how real broken rice is produced. Because I couldn’t find REAL broken rice (gạo tấm) overseas, I had to “fake” it that way.
It is not the same, but that’s what you can do to reproduce the texture of broken rice. ^^

You say spring onion. I think we call it "green onion" or "scallion". Suy nghĩ hành.
What kinda soya sauce is that, that look pretty thick for a soy sauce… Are you sure that not oyster sauce???
No pork skin noodle is not complete the taste
