Learn how to make an easy artisan bread with 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
3 Cups Bread Flour (432g)
2 Teaspoons Salt (12g)
1 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast (3.6g)
1 3/4 Cup Warm Water (100F-110F) (420ml)
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast. Add the warm water and stir together until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky and shaggy. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until double in size about 2 hours.
2. Place the dough on a floured surface and with lightly floured hands, form into a smooth disk. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Shape the dough into an oval or loaf shape, carefully tucking under the ends, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 425F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Great recipe, pretty easy too. I put mine in a bread loaf and suggest baking at a lower temperature for longer. Mine was just a tad undercooked on the inside but I had to take it out because the crust was getting too dark and almost burning.
Otherwise it was delicious
It was so easy to make but super delicious!!!
