Rezept 3 Portionen:
300 g Pasta eurer Wahl (Rohgewicht)
100 ml Nudelwasser aufbewahren
2 EL Olivenöl
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 kleine Zucchini
1 rote Paprika
2 TL Paprikamark optional: 3 Champignons
250 ml fettarme Sahne
1 gestr. TL Salz Msp. Pfeffer
1 TL Paprikapulver, edelsüß
1/3 TL Thymian
1 Burrata
👉Nudeln gar kochen, etwas Nudelwasser aufheben. In einer Pfanne Olivenöl erhitzen, Knoblauch und klein geschnittene Zucchini und Paprika 6-8 Minuten andünsten. Paprikamark hinzugeben und gut einrühren. Mit Nudelwasser und fettarmer Sahne ab löschen, Champignons hinzugeben und würzen. Herd ausschalten. Gar gekochte Nudeln unterrühren. Burrata mittig platzieren und 5 Minuten in der Restwärme liegen lassen. Dann auseinander ziehen und dieses wundervolle Gericht einfach nur geniiiiießen 🤌😍
