  1. IAM SOO HUNGRY!!!!!AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO!!!HAVE NO PLACE TO COOK THESE RESIPIES LIVE IN AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY AND WE ARE ON LOCKDOWN 14 CASES OF COVID VIRUS, HERE.THANK GOODNESS I AM NOT SICK,JUST HUNGRY SINCE THAT VIDEO, WITH NO PLACE TO COOK!!! GOOD NIGHT.

  2. This is a great recipe but not truly “Greek”. Rosemary and thyme are more “provençal”. Use oregano for that authentic Greek flavor. For an extra flair, mix two loaded tablespoons of Dijon mustard with a quarter cup of olive oil and half a cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Whip it together so that it becomes a dressing. Toss the chicken and some cubed potatoes in that dressing, put everything in the oven, and bake until your potatoes are crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside. Enjoy!

  3. I can tell that looks delicious. The lemon is very Greek, the thyme isn't necessary if you're using oregano and oregano is the choice of Greeks, blend the oil with melted butter. Always buy your feta in a container with brine, fresh Bulgarian goat feta is the best

  4. Did he say 2 TABLESPOONS OF SALT?!? Look, I have high blood pressure. Has anyone tried the potatoes with less salt? Yes, I understand that not all of the salt will be absorbed by the potatoes. But unless someone can point me a study saying a minimal amount of salt is absorbed, then I’m worried. I’m not telling anyone else to cut back, I’m just wondering how much I can cut back and still have it come out seasoned.

  5. I’m probably going to take a lot of flak for the comment that I’m going to make. However, I was pleased to note the small presence of African and Asian Americans on America’s Test Kitchen. There are so many talented cooks that make wonderful mouth watering creations to enhance the palate with recipes from across the world.

  6. Yee! Potatoes don't grow on vines. They grow underground on the roots of the plant. You probably know that, but please don't say "potato vines"!!! Aside from that fact that it's like fingernails on a blackboard to me, personally, it is confusing and misleading to folks who only buy their potatoes in a market (which is most people, actually).

  7. This recipe looks amazing! I took notes but when I watched it again to confirm them, I realized I had misheard the amounts for red pepper flakes and pepper, thinking I heard one AND a half teaspoons of each when I'm now sure he said one…HALF TEASPOON of each! Oops.
