  1. I watch and learn a lot on ATK but did I miss it? Do you recommend farm fresh eggs at room temp, store bought eggs at room temp, or just toss in refrigerated eggs? I am sure that makes a big difference for those that did not achieve eggs that were hard boiled and easy to peel after 15 minutes, yes? I also find if you crack the shell on the side wall of the sink (or another hard surface), from the bottom, there is usually an air pocket, which also makes the peeling easier.
