Any advice on activities after we both fill our guys full of pasta ?
I make something similar to this out of an Italian cookbook I have called Spaghetti Sciuè Sciuè, very quick and easy but so simply delicious. The version I make uses dried oregano from the garden, and calls for the garlic to be thinly sliced, also no cheese and pasta water at the end only if necessary when finishing the pasta with the sauce. The beauty of these ingredients is the option to make the dish differently to appeal to your preference
So basically a longer and more effort laden vegan version of the viral feta tik tok pasta

If you like olives they would be nice to add too. I’ve made this before and it is great to feed your family to make them feel like you love them even though you are so tired you could cry.
Make The sauße at the Point that you can finish it with the Pasta directly without draining it otherwise its a nice simple fast dish
