  1. What happened to America's Test Kitchen? They used to go over every item they test and provide amazon links. It would be nice if they continued to do that because it's helpful to find things when the video is old.

  2. I own and love my fish turners
But occasionally you need something a bit bigger
And I and my Mother swear by the Vollrath Flexible Pancake Turner
it is the same thickness as the fish turner but larger, it is FANTASTIC

  3. One thing you didn't mention was a deal breaker for me; the leading edge, the part that first goes under an egg or cookie, etc. first has to be straight across. If something has stuck to the pan and the edge is curved, it tears the food up instead of going smoothly under all at the same time. Love my fish spatulas!

  4. Fish spatulas can be tricky to clean. The best I've used is the Dexter-Russel turner (4"x2" for everyday use and the 5" for big jobs). I've had each for 10 years…they work great, were at a great price, extremely durable, easy to clean, and are still in great shape. I'll have these for my lifetime.

  5. Thank you for creating and airing this video. Didn't even know I needed this but thinking back, it's likely a good idea for my eggs in the morning. My other spatula (which I love) is just a bit tough on them and doesn't cover enough surface so they don't flip well.
