  1. Love this method of prepping asparagus! Sometimes I’m removing half the stalk (won’t do that any more). This is great. Im a huge fan of olive oil, the 3 Tbsp seems like A LOT though! Guess I’ll have to try it and decide for myself 🤔

  2. Chef, very nice recipe, I scramble my eggs different , but I'll try your way & see if I like it. I like my eggs barely scrambled & wet, start on lowest flame & continously stir for appx. 8 minutes, silky, soft, & wet, I'm a big eater so 6 jumbo farm fresh eggs for me from rural Kentucky. Your eggs do look close to mine , but taste/texture will tell me the story
