One pan pork chops in mushroom and garlic gravy is out of this world, not to mention simple. The great thing is, this dish can be made in 30 minutes. This makes it a great midweek meal for the busy person. Your family will simply love it.
I use boneless pork chops as they are so much easier to work with, but bone-in or butterfly chops will work too. Use the cut of meat of your choice.
In terms of the spices, you can use as much or as little as you like. For example, if you care a garlic lover, use more; if you are not a garlic lover, use less. It is entirely up to you.
Watch the video, give it a try, and let us know what you think.

Hi Dave, I can't stop cooking this recipe, I've just been down to Tesco and bought the pork chops, and this time I'm adding Asparagus tips with melted cheese on top, yummy
I've been vegan for centuries which has never stopped me on occasion eating or making really great simple food well prepared involving meat etc. remembered from my childhood. Flexitarian? All those words! This was a great recipe; I made it for me and a friend over for lunch mushrooms on hand were shitake it all worked out and what is more classic than potato salad and wilted collard greens? Tx for your great practical ideas!!!!
Thank do much for the r recipe I did it it came really good . ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Hey Dave I don’t know if you can get them in your country but here in England we have knorr stock cubes and they do a ham flavour and it goes really well with pork. If you can get them give them a try x
looks great, I need to go a little easy on the salt and butter though
I made this the other day and it came out delicious. Thanks

Never tried adding flour to anything, due to childhood memories of gag inducing lumps, but think I may try this…
Dave loved this recipe just like the 8 or 9 others Ive tried ….THANK YOU !!!
Sounds delicious. Will definitely give it a try, with some noodles to absorb the gravy.
