Where is your favorite place to pick up a Rotisserie Chicken?? Is Sams Club the best??
I just bought 2 chickens from Sam's Club and was going to make White Chicken Chili. But I think that I will make the enchiladas instead! If I have any leftover chicken, I will make fried rice for a couple of lunches. Thanks so much!

I’ve never purchased a rotisserie chicken from the store. I’m not sure how the flavor compares, but I’ve started cooking 4-5lbs of chicken breast in the Instant Pot about once a week, shredding it, and then using it in several recipes over the next few days. Enchiladas, egg roll in a bowl, bbq chicken sandwiches, soups, etc. So easy and cost effective!
With the Tator Tot dish, should we thaw the tator tots before putting them on top and cooking?
Just curious…where did you get your pan that you used in the chicken and tot dish?
