Ingredients:
Coloured bell peppers (1/2 of each)
Onions
Green onions
Carrot
Spaghettini
Canned coconut milk
Shrimp
Stir fry beef

Seasonings:
Oldbay seasoning
Knorr chicken seasoning powder
Parsley (what gives it the unique taste)
Garlic powder
Cameroon pepper
Soy sauce (what gives it the unique taste)
Salt

Let’s cook 👩🏾‍🍳
Julienne your
Carrot
Bell peppers
Onions
Green onions (optional)

Put some oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes

Throw in your onions
Fry for about 2 minutes

Then throw in the rest of the veggies

Season with :
Garlic powder
Parsley
Knorr chicken seasoning powder
Salt
Pepper

Stir fry on medium-High heat for about 5-8 minutes

If you want your veggies a little softer, reduce the heat to medium-low and leave to sit for an extra 8-10 minutes.

Set aside

Boil your pasta in coconut milk, put just enough water to cover the pasta cause you’re trying to avoid straining and wasting the coconut milk so it’s better to add water as the spaghettini boils versus using too much water.

Add some salt to your spaghettini.

Once the spaghettini is done, there should be little to no water remaining then add a splash of soy sauce ! Very important

Get your wok and add some oil to it.

Throw in your stir fried veggies , the shrimp and the beef and mix well. No need to add extra seasoning yet

Then add your pasta over medium low heat and combine properly. Let it fry for about 8 minutes Taste for salt and adjust seasonings accordingly and enjoy
