The casseroles are nice. I make something similar to the potato one with the addition of onions and cheddar cheese soup, baked in the oven. It never occurred to me to add stuffing mix to it. Maybe the broccoli casserole would have been easier to mix if you mixed everything in the bowl (the broccoli was already in there anyway) and them poured it all into the dish. I do love a good chicken and broccoli casserole! You and your mom are lovely. Keep ignoring the haters.

Thank you for the recipes! I take care of my 91 years young 😊 Mom and she needs soft filling foods to eat. Im trying the ham, potato & cheese crockpot recipe tomorrow. I am thinking of using tater tot’s? Do you think that will work? Also using sliced deli ham? Needs to be soft/tender for her. I will give it a try! Thank you again ❤

I love how you use cream of chicken soup. Seems like every recipe I’ve come across uses cream of mushroom soup. And I hate cream of mushroom soup. Yes I can taste it in recipes. My husband loved mushroom soup and I would gag smelling it in the can.
