The kasmiri chillies are used to impart the red colour to the chicken pieces. The chicken fry masala you get in stores has food coloring which will produce the bright red colour but we are using the natural color of kasmiri chillies. In this recipe we are going to shallow fry the chicken in a tawa. This results in perfect chicken fry using less oil.
