Why don't you use mexican cheeses? Then some ignorant ppl think that we don't even have cheese in Mexico. We have plenty of cheeses. Cotija, oaxaca, chihuahua, queso fresco, queso crema, panela etc etc. Wen NEVER use yellow cheese in mexican cousine. Only texmex and non original mexican food use the cheeses that were used in this video.
