I make a hot tea with burdock and soursop with the water. Or just pour it back in the blender to make my gel. That soaked water 💧 is very important.

A very good day to u ,,, Thank u for ur wonderful videos,,, I noticed you cook ur Sea moss ,,, We have been soaking it for up to 24 hours , which doubles or even triples in size then blending it without cooking ,, does it matter IF it is cooked or just soaked ???? your reply would be very highly appreciated ,,, God Bless ! ! !

  39. You should NEVER cook your sea moss for that long. I'm from the Caribbean and also a herbalist, you're removing the healing properties by boiling it for that long. And then you throw away the water that you boil it in, you literally throw away what little nutrients was left after boiling. You should keep the liquid that the Moss is boiled in. Sea Moss should only be soaked in hot water (Not boiled), then you use the entire content in your pot, you don't throw it away 😊
