  2. May I ask you two questions ? Is Turkish Orzo equivilant Italian BAGOS (which is readily available where I am in France) ? I have a recepie to add fried Orzo to rice, but after the Bagos, which I used, was lightly fried & turning brown as per directions I found the Bagos pieces still hard and disagreeable in the rice. I wonder if you can help me out. Does both Orzo and or Bagos need to be first boiled like regular rice ?
