Used 150 g of butter for this bread.
It’s started Rich buttery flavorful in my kitchen during baking.
Having homemade danish loaf with my homemade raspberry jam was so good.
And also had ham & cheese melt with my danish loaf.

===== Ingredients =====

-Flour 480 g
-Sugar 3-5 Tbsp (if you sweeter add more)
-Warm water 320 ml
-Salt 1/4 tsp
Active dry yeast 1/2 tsp
Butter 150 g or more

===== Recipe =====

In a bowl, Add sugar, warm water & active dry yeast. Let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour & salt into a large bowl and mix well.
Add yeast mixture and mix well.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 60 minutes.
Stretch dough & cover dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
During proving bread, make butter sheet.
Place the butter between wrap or baking paper and roll to about 18×18 cm size of sheet. Keep in refrigerator until use.
Roll the dough to bigger than 18×18 cm (enough to cover a butter sheet)Place the butter in center of the dough and fold the dough, pinch the end.
Gentry roll to 3 times bigger size and fold.
Rotate to 90 degree and repeat the same process.
Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After repeat the same process.
Roll the dough to baking pan size.
Cut in 3 ropes and braided, place into the pan.
Let it rise until double in size and brush some egg wash.

Preheat oven for 210°C or 410°F.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes.

Let it cool & cut.
