DRY FRUITS SMOOTHIE | ๐Ÿฅค๐Ÿ˜‹



INGREDIENTS
1 Glass of milk
2 banana sliced into bite-sized chunks
3-4 dates
10 soaked cashews
10 soaked almonds
2 walnut soaked

INSTRUCTIONS
โ€ขSoak badam, walnut, cashews, in water for at least 45 mins to 1 hr. Soaking gives a creamy taste to the shake. Chill the milk in fridge if you prefer cold shake.

โ€ข Peel off badam skin. Drain the water and add all these to a blending jar.

โ€ขAdd dates and banana

โ€ขPour 1 glass milk and blend them well to a smooth mixture.

โ€ขGarnish dry fruits milkshake with grated nuts.
