Can i Airdry using electric fan? Wala po kaming highground and madami kaming alagang aso. Baka pag na airdry ko sa labas after 3 hours wala na yung e pi-prito ko🤣
I would be afraid the meat would be dry, since you already boiled it for 45 minutes. Maybe the inner fat protect the lean meat. I detest dry pork just to obtain a crispy skin. That said, I'm going to try your technique and see for myself. Thanks for the video.
