1 cup watermelon — partially frozen works best
¼ cup frozen pineapple
¼ cup orange juice
Fresh ginger to taste
Fresh or powdered turmeric to taste
½ cup coconut water

pineapple is very bad for inflamation
I'm studying Ayurveda and have been suffering with allergic Rhinitis for years. I just thought you should know turmeric is the #1 anti-inflammatory ingredient you'll find. It's a natural blood cleanser (along with garlic) and within 15 mins relieves the symptoms. Not to mention being an anti carcinogen(cancers), anti-inflammatory(internal swelling, arthritis, etc), anti-allergy, and very potent immune booster……Turmeric is the most important ingredient you named! I didn't realize pineapple was an anti-inflammatory. Interesting and delicious! I'm definitely going try this smoothie. Adding tumeric would be a nice addition too!
