  1. I know the secret is a lot of cream and butter but there truly is something magical that happens with this in the simple and clean mix of potatoes and fat, it really is something else. It's my new standard potato dish because, at least for me, this is somehow easier than a mash or scalloped potatoes. Better, too

  2. I hope someone can help me. I have been cooking for years and years and want to make this. I have no clue what LIGHT cream is. I have been to 3 stores looking for it thinking I have just not ever noticed. I have heavy cream and half & half on hand all the time. Is half & half considered light cream? I am at a loss on this. I asked my mom today if she has ever heard of it and she has not either.

  3. These are the best potatoes, there delicious!!! I have a family of 3 and i normally will half a casserole recipe depending on that recipe , this is one I do not cut in half as I know it will get eaten, infact I want leftovers of this recipe!!! Ashley is the potato queen in my eyes lol , her parm crusted potatoes with dip are also to die for and one of my family's favorite potatoe dish , there just drooling when they see I'm making parm crusted potatoes with the dip !! 😋 or of course these lighthouse potatoes
