I'm trying this out, 3 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dried instant yeast and 1/2 cup warm water. Now waiting to set aside for 12-18 hrs.
Is this sourdough? Can it be cooked without Dutch oven (pot without a lid)? Would love to see full video of this recipe
